The staff at the hotel were very friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. the location of the hotel was excellent, being close to many restaurants and shops.

Some of the negative aspects of the hotel were that the room we were assigned had not been cleaned and the bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of English TV channels and news channels was disappointing, as was the absence of proper signage and air conditioning in the hallways.

The hotel staff is friendly and tries to assist guests. the location has a parking area, though outdoors, it can be very hot. the room has no bedside tables, but the bathroom includes towels. the hotel offers breakfast and the corridors are generally clean.

The hotel has no air conditioning in the hallways and all outlets work on 220 volts.
